Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Engineer 1 to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Design Engineer 1, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process from conception to completion. You will lead a team of talented designers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your main duties will include conducting research, feasibility studies, and cost analysis to determine the best design solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate design concepts effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing design documentation, conducting design reviews, and mentoring junior designers.
To qualify for this position, you should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
