Job Description
A lead developer is a key position in our company, responsible for leading and managing a team of developers. You will oversee the development of various software projects and ensure their successful delivery.
As a lead developer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members to ensure high-quality code standards and practices.
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to project goals and deadlines.
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices.
To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in front-end and back-end technologies. Strong leadership and communication skills are also essential.
