Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Learning Centre Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the operations of our learning centre.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the learning centre, including coordinating class schedules, managing resources, and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Developing and implementing curriculum plans and learning materials to meet the educational needs of students.
- Conducting teacher evaluations, providing feedback, and organizing professional development opportunities for the teaching staff.
- Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to support their learning and development.
- Collaborating with parents, teachers, and school administrators to address any issues or concerns related to student education.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar position, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong organization and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
