Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to students with additional learning needs, ensuring they have the necessary resources and assistance to reach their full potential.
Your main responsibilities will include working closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans, providing one-on-one support to students, monitoring their progress, and adapting teaching strategies to suit their specific needs.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the school’s Special Education Department, parents, and other professionals to create an inclusive environment that promotes a positive learning experience for all students.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a strong ability to build rapport with students. Previous experience in a similar position and a relevant educational background is preferred.
