Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities:
Support the HOD with the following:
- Customize curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment to enhance students’ learning.
- Establish framework for monitoring and evaluation of instructional programs.
- Supervise, monitor, and evaluate staff progress and achievement.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve staff performance.
- Develop and oversee department work plans.
Requirements:
- Teaching qualification from recognized institutions.
- Strong subject-content and pedagogical knowledge in English Language teaching.
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience, preferably in a school.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for student development and good classroom management skills.
