Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Library Executive to join our team. As a Library Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of our library. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient access to resources and high-quality library services for our patrons.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement library policies and procedures
• Oversee the acquisition and cataloging of library materials
• Create and maintain a user-friendly library environment
• Provide assistance to library users in locating and accessing relevant resources
• Organize and promote library programs and events
• Manage library staff, including recruitment and training
• Maintain accurate records of library materials and usage

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or a related field, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Prior experience in library management is preferred. Proficiency in library management software and digital resources is also desired.
