Work Location: In person
Responsibilities include:
- Develop lifting plans and perform lifting duties.
- Plan deployment and logistics needs for work activities.
- Implement WSHE Plan and ensure safety compliance.
- Coordinate efforts with clients and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate risks at construction sites.
- Supervise and train workers to maintain safety standards.
- Conduct performance appraisals of direct reports.
