Job Description
WIZLEARN TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated LMS Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS). The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide immediate support to users, and conduct training sessions to enhance the understanding of the LMS.
Key responsibilities include assisting in course creation, performing quality checks on content, and generating insightful reports on LMS usage. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and the LMS vendor to ensure smooth operations during live trainings and beyond.
