Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage logistics operations, including planning, booking, and tracking shipments for timely delivery.
- Develop strong client and partner relationships, negotiate rates, and analyze data for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, coordinate with warehouse team, and resolve transport issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and verify invoices for payment processing.
- Arrange local pickup and delivery schedules and handle ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Degree holders with 3-5 years of logistics experience.
- Knowledgeable in import/export procedures and problem-solving skills for a startup environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and data analysis skills.
- Positive attitude, focused on continuous improvement, and Class 3 Driving Licence required.
Others:
- Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) with rotating Sat shifts (9am-1pm every 3 weeks).
