HD Hyundai Global Service Singapore is the spares and service solution provider for the entire HD Hyundai Group’s equipment portfolio as well as the vessels built by HD Hyundai Group. We offer our customers spares and services including maintenance and repair and provide technical supports.

- Electro & Electronic equipment (ACONIS, MSBD, Alternator, etc.)
- Environmental equipment (BWTS, EGCS, etc.)

DESIGNATION: [Hyundai Global Service] Logistics officer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle variety of spare parts for marine engine, machinery equipment (ship’s spare)
- Monitor direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Handle day-to-day stock management in system for stock inbound/outbound, stock movements, shipment process.
- Conduct monthly stock inbounding and counting.
- Liaison person with head office, other countries warehouse to fulfill logistics operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years of Warehouse & Logistics operations experience
- Able to multi-task under a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Outlook, advanced level in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot etc)
- Attend to phone calls and email enquiries from internal / external customers on order inquiry
- Handle and ad-hoc task and new project assigned
