Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To support day-to-day operations in the warehouse, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipments.
- To prepare all shipping documents for import and export shipments.
- To act as a contact point with internal and external stakeholders on shipment arrangements.
- To assist customers/suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email.
- To ensure timely completion of all inventory transactions and maintain stock accuracy.
- To organize and file related documentations promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience in the logistics industry – Training provided.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to $2,800.00 per month
