Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the customer’s main point of contact ensuring issues are dealt with appropriately and proactively manage account relationships.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and related departments.
- Support bidding preparation process for successful RFQ processes with customers.
- Advise related departments to increase revenue generation from the current business model.
- Manage and coordinate multiple regional/global accounts, lead business reviews, and review KPIs to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide direction to the global operation team, troubleshoot proactively, and escalate and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Participate in customer-related activities across various departments.
- Update SOPs regularly and share best practices with team members.
- Source vendors for cost reduction plans and provide operational advice to meet customer requirements.
- Support strategy team meetings and conferences for freight forwarding customer pool information.
Requirements:
- GCE “O” level and above
- Customer-oriented, responsible, positive, and proactive
- Sales support experience in logistic/freight forwarding industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
