Job Description
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
Collect, verify, and submit all delivery order documents from customers or in-house at the time of product delivery and collection.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out the duties diligently as instructed.
Display teamwork within the team to ensure productivity targets/KPIs are met.
Responsible for daily routine checks and maintaining the general cleanliness of the vehicle.
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Operating equipment and machines, such as vans, lorries, forklifts, etc.
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Assist in the management of day-to-day operations and other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
