Job Description
Join MANDATE OF MANPOWER PTE. LTD. as a Maintenance Admin and play a vital role in supporting our Maintenance Department. Your primary responsibilities will include providing general administrative support, maintaining records of maintenance activities, preparing documentation and reports, assisting in regular maintenance inspections, and coordinating schedules with vendors. Additionally, you will perform other administrative duties as assigned by your superior.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. A basic qualification or sufficient experience as an Admin in the Construction Sector is also required.
