The Healthcare Management Associate Programme (HMAP) is a 2-year initiative designed to cultivate graduates with exceptional leadership skills for a rewarding career at the National Healthcare Group.

As a Management Associate, you will undergo a structured modular program, gaining valuable exposure to the healthcare sector through rotations in:

• Patient Operations
• Support Operations and Services
• Corporate and Strategic Planning

We invite fresh graduates or those with fewer than 2 years of experience with a good honours degree and a passion for healthcare to apply.
