Job Description
Crown Digital is seeking a (Senior) HR Specialist to report to the Head of People & Culture. This role involves supporting talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives across Crown Technologies and its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities include:
- Talent Acquisition for technical roles.
- Work Pass Management and compliance.
- Organizing employee engagement activities.
- HR Administration and record maintenance.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience; tech recruiters welcome.
