Job Responsibilities :

• Perform both front-of-house and back-of-house duties to understand restaurant operations.
• Engage in customer relations, ensure satisfaction, and manage feedback.
• Participate in people management activities including scheduling and staff training.
• Ensure product and service quality meets company standards.
• Assist in cost control and budget planning for optimal resource usage.
• Progress through our Management Trainee Programme for higher management roles.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma.
• Demonstrated excellence in co-curricular activities with strong leadership skills.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (5.5 days work week).

Work Timing :

• 5.5 days work week, 44 hours per week.
