Job Description

MYT F&B HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Liaise with the outlet leader regarding day-to-day store operations.
• Participate in manpower planning and manage staff scheduling.
• Assist in leading continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles.
• Manage logistics, inventory, and supply chain activities for timely product delivery.
• Contribute to the implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Oversee staff scheduling and training for new outlet openings.
• Conduct regular store inspections to identify issues and devise improvement plans.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
