Job Description
Trinity Cargo Link Pte Ltd is a member of the CWT group and is a freight forwarding company consisting of a dedicated, experienced, and highly motivated team of professionals. We are committed to delivering quality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee.
The successful candidate(s) will undergo a structured 24-month training program designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to become an effective manager within our company. The program will cover all areas of our business operations, including sales, marketing, freight, transport, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured 24-month training program covering all areas of our business operations.
- Work closely with senior managers and mentors to understand the company’s goals, values, and management philosophy.
- Observe and learn from experienced team members to understand best practices and procedures.
- Develop skills in communication, team management, decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership.
- Participate in special projects and assignments to gain exposure to different aspects of our business operations.
- Provide support to various teams within the company as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and a desire to pursue a career in the Logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive attitude.
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience; Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
