Job Description
What the role is
You will partner with other divisions within the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS) Pillar, and across the National Environment Agency (NEA), on strategic planning and budget management work of MSS, as well as lead communication and coordination efforts with MSS’ key partners.
What you will be working on
The job scope involves collaborating with MSS Divisions, coordinating financial resources allocation, ensuring alignment with policies, engaging stakeholder organizations, assessing requests from Ministries, and fostering partnerships.
What we are looking for
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, with excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
- Able to multi-task well and possesses a sense of urgency
- Commitment to high service delivery standards
- Past experience in strategic planning and budget management in the public sector would be advantageous
