Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Manager (HR & GA).
As the Manager of Human Resources and General Affairs, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR and GA department. This includes handling recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, personnel policies, training and development, as well as facilities management.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management with a focus on General Affairs. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of labor laws and regulations is also essential.
