Job Description
Join A*STAR Agency for Science, Technology and Research as a Manager / Senior Manager of the Organisation Development (OD) team. Your responsibilities will include providing advisory support on organisational development matters, conducting surveys, and managing interventions at the team level. You’ll analyze data to provide insights for decision-making and facilitate group discussions to enhance team effectiveness.
