National Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a dedicated Manager for our Clinical Transformation Department. In this role, you will facilitate strategic clinical planning and enhance care delivery models, focusing on improving patient access to timely services, advancing clinical excellence, and fostering communication with our patients and partners.

As a key player in one of Singapore’s three public healthcare clusters, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, administrators, and external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health. Your resourcefulness and responsiveness will be crucial in addressing the healthcare needs of approximately 1.5 million residents.
