Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager / Programme Manager to join our team in the Division of Med-KIDS 0-3 at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. As a Manager / Programme Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various programs and initiatives focused on providing quality healthcare services for children aged 0 to 3.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing program strategies and objectives in line with the division’s goals and objectives.
- Managing a team of program coordinators, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitoring and evaluating program outcomes and making necessary adjustments for improvement.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on program status and progress.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare services for children. You must also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
