Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager/Senior Manager for our International Centre for Aviation Innovation.

The International Centre for Aviation Innovation aims to revolutionize the aviation industry through cutting-edge technology, groundbreaking research, and innovative solutions. As the Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the center’s strategic initiatives and spearheading its growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the International Centre for Aviation Innovation
  • Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the center’s goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research and development projects
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with strategic partners, including leading aviation companies and academic institutions
  • Drive innovation by identifying trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of talented professionals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the aviation industry or related field
  • Proven track record in managing research and development projects
  • Strong knowledge of the aviation industry, including emerging trends and technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Master’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
