Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our TAE Manpower & Skills Planning department. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the manpower and skills planning strategies to ensure our organization has the workforce and talent required to achieve our business goals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Identifying future workforce needs and creating plans to address any gaps.
- Collaborating with various departments to assess manpower requirements for different projects and initiatives.
- Analyzing current and projected skills gaps and developing strategies for recruitment, training, and upskilling.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and skills development. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
