Job Description
Responsibility:
Company’s principal activity is marine husbanding service and shipping agencies (freight) with shipping lines (scheduled services) as the secondary activity. As a director, you will oversee the company’s business operations, drive strategic company growth, and be responsible for the overall performance of the business. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth business operations, maintaining high productivity, coordinating with other directors, and developing business/marketing strategies for growth.
Job Description:
- Manage relationships with overseas agencies, customers, and vendors.
- Collaborate with the Executive Board to determine values, mission, and plans for short and long-term goals.
- Prepare corporate and annual business plans and monitor progress to ensure company objectives are met.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; master’s degree is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
