Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to fill the position of Managing Director, Sales AMEA. This role requires a strong leadership mindset, exceptional sales capabilities, and a thorough understanding of the Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations and driving business growth in the AMEA region. They will develop and implement strategic sales plans, establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in a multinational company. They should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to navigate complex market dynamics.
A strong strategic mindset, exceptional analytical abilities, and the ability to drive change and innovation are also essential for this role. The Managing Director, Sales AMEA will report directly to the CEO and will be a key member of the executive leadership team.
