Job Description
The Manpower Development Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the training and development of the organization’s workforce. This role involves designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity.
The primary duties include assessing training needs, identifying skill gaps, and developing comprehensive training plans. The Manpower Development Manager should have a deep understanding of the company’s goals and work closely with department managers to create training initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
