Job Description
ü Directly support to Marine manager for training, projects & CMU functions.
ü Follow through on PDOT, Rest hours, PEAP, SCM, Near miss, CWP status on weekly basis
ü Follow up on training status for each branch office as per training matrix.
ü Plan Sire 2.0 and Right ship online training
ü Follow up on Shell PIS planning for each vessel on weekly basis.
ü Follow up with branch office for training material to be sent for new take over.
ü Follow up on the OTG (Video Tel) training status on every vessel on monthly basis
ü Follow up for preparation for training & seminar.
ü Quarterly safety talk for vessels
ü All day-to-day matters
