Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a combination of marketing and administrative tasks to support the company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
- Create and manage social media content across various platforms
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Create and maintain databases and files for efficient organization of documents
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and partners
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with social media management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
