Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and distribute incoming leads to respective branches.
- Follow up on customers’ bookings and turn-up.
- Answer customer enquiries through various channels.
- Prepare and modify documents including reports and emails.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems.
- Generate reports and analysis.
- Assist with social media posting and content creation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Computer and smartphone savvy.
- Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,300.00 – $2,900.00 per month
