Job Description
NOV Inc. is seeking a Master Planner to oversee production schedules across our facilities in Malaysia (Senai & Tg. Langsat) and China (Qingdao). You will act as the liaison between Sales and Operations to ensure efficient workflows, balanced supply and demand, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a master production schedule (MPS).
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
- Collaborate for demand forecasting.
- Monitor capacity utilization and inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma with relevant experience.
- 4-6 years in fiberglass or industrial engineering preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
