Job Description

NOV Inc. is seeking a Master Planner to oversee production schedules across our facilities in Malaysia (Senai & Tg. Langsat) and China (Qingdao). You will act as the liaison between Sales and Operations to ensure efficient workflows, balanced supply and demand, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a master production schedule (MPS).
• Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Collaborate for demand forecasting.
• Monitor capacity utilization and inventory levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma with relevant experience.
• 4-6 years in fiberglass or industrial engineering preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
