Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Management Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of materials and supplies required for our company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate records of stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity assurance.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify material needs and provide support in sourcing and procurement processes.
- Organize and optimize storage areas to ensure efficient material handling.
- Support the implementation of inventory control systems and perform regular audits to identify any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in utilizing inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in material management or related field is an advantage.
