Job Description
MARINA BAY HOTEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Materials Management Officer to assist the Purchasing Manager/Director in managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely availability of resources at the right cost while prioritizing sustainable sourcing practices.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with procurement teams, manage order processes, oversee storage, maintain inventory records, and support stock counts.
Requirements: Minimum GCE “O” level with experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in the hotel or tourism industry. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, initiative, and commitment to professional values are essential.
