Job Description
The M&E Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating monitoring and evaluation activities within the organization. The role involves developing and implementing M&E systems, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting on project progress and outcomes.
The M&E Coordinator will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection, develop monitoring and evaluation plans, and provide guidance on data analysis and reporting. They will also support capacity building initiatives to strengthen M&E skills within the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing M&E frameworks and systems.
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Developing and maintaining databases and data management systems.
- Preparing reports and presentations on project progress and outcomes.
- Supporting program staff in developing M&E plans and indicators.
