Job Description
Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule
Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring progress of work & variation order
Ensure all M&E works of sub-contractors comply with Company’s and authorities’ requirements
Review M&E drawings to avoid conflicts with architectural and structural elements
Prepare reports for Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings
Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project team for smooth work delivery
