Job Description
Play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the costs related to mechanical and electrical engineering projects. As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating and monitoring the costs, preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor bids, and managing financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with the agreed specifications. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in quantity surveying, ideally with a focus on mechanical and electrical engineering projects. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes are essential.
