Responsibilities
- The role and responsibility of a Retail Sales Butcher is to drive sales and profitability of the department by ensuring overall visual merchandising, product range, and shrinkage management at the store level.
- Equipped with in-depth knowledge of meats, including product features, meat processing, visual management, service standards, and shrinkage management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to read and understand product labels
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Service-oriented and a team player
Other Information
- Work location: Lot 1 Shopping Mall
- Working days/hours: 6 days work week, rotating shifts (7am-3pm / 3-11pm)
