Responsibilities:
- Project Site Construction & Building Services Consultancy
- Assist in the design of mechanical services, preferably competent in the field of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) system
- Assist in projects management, planning and the design of building systems
- Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys
- Assist in project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification, and coordination
- Conduct analysis & selection of systems and evaluate project budgets
- Help with design documents & technical specifications
- Work Coordination with other disciplinary teams including Architectural, Electrical, and Civil & Structural
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a positive learning attitude and good interpersonal skills to coordinate and collaborate on work processes on a multi-disciplinary basis
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Work Timings:
When working in office: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 6.00pm
When working on projects: Monday – Saturday | Monday-Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm, Saturday: 8.00am -12.00pm
