Job Description
The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants is seeking a dedicated Member Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will handle enquiries through various channels, support administrative tasks, process course deferments, registrations, appeals, e-learning extensions, and manage attendance for classroom sessions.
Ideal candidates should possess at least a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration, with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in customer service. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom are essential. Experience in salesforce and the learning industry is preferred.
