Job Description

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the visual presentation of our products in retail stores and ensuring optimal product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute product displays as per company guidelines.
• Manage product inventory levels and replenish as necessary.
• Monitor competitor activities and propose recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product placement and promotions.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback to improve the overall merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
