Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Merger Acquisition Senior Manager / Director – Upstream. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing merger and acquisition activities within our upstream division.
Your main duties will include identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating and structuring deals, and managing integration processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of mergers and acquisitions, while aligning with the company’s growth strategies and objectives.
