Job Description
ALKEM COMPANY (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Metadata Library Cataloguer. The job scope includes:
- Book cataloguing, including full and copy cataloguing.
- Creation and editing of Metadata for digital resources (ebooks, AVs, Special Materials, and Photos).
- Creation and editing of Bibliographic Information for Printed and Digital Materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Library Studies/Information Studies.
- Knowledge of AACR2, LCSH, MARC21, and DDC.
- Attention to detail and a patient work ethic.
- Experience in cataloguing or library work is an advantage.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
