You will provide guidance on policy benefits, coordinate household goods and family services, assist with expense submissions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience. We value excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
