Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Squash Coach to join our team. As the National Squash Coach, you will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and implementing a comprehensive training program for our national squash team.
Your main responsibilities will include assessing players’ skills, developing training plans, organizing and conducting practice sessions, and providing individualized coaching to enhance players’ performance. You will also be involved in talent identification and player recruitment to ensure a strong and competitive national team.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of coaching success at both the national and international levels. Extensive knowledge of squash techniques, tactics, and strategies is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively guide and motivate the team.
