Job Description
Join the Nestlé Management Trainee Programme (NMTP), designed to cultivate future leaders within our organization. This 18-month immersive programme offers trainees comprehensive exposure to various business functions, empowering them to understand the complexities of our value chain.
As a Management Trainee in Human Resources at Nestlé’s Wyeth Nutritionals Factory, you’ll engage in extensive on-the-job training and coaching while experiencing at least two job attachments within the functional stream, or even cross-functional roles.
Eligibility includes a Bachelor Degree with a minimum of Second Class Honors and strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A track record in co-curricular activities is also required.
