Job Description
Join MO. MADAME OOZE PTE. LTD. as a Night Shift Receptionist at our Backpacker’s Hostel in Chinatown. The position pays from $11 per hour for 10.5 hours, with effective working hours of 6 hours (including a 4.5-hour break). CPF contribution is required.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors at the front desk.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Manage cashiering and reception duties.
- Perform night audits and administrative tasks.
- Oversee social media and customer communications.
Requirements:
- Pleasant personality and customer service skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for night shifts (10 PM to 8:30 AM).
