Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Ocean Pricing Specialist to join our team. As an Ocean Pricing Specialist, your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize the pricing strategy for our ocean freight services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to stay competitive
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide pricing support
- Manage contracts with ocean carriers and negotiate rates
- Monitor pricing performance and make adjustments as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ocean freight pricing
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and pricing software
