How you will do it:

• Oversee all aspects of facilities and administration for the Singapore office headquarters.
• Coordinate office activities and operations efficiently.
• Manage office supplies and group insurance scheme.
• Support budgeting initiatives and maintain records.
• Administer building access, plan staff events, and assist with HR functions.

What we look for:

• 3-5 years of experience as an Office Administrator.
• Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills.
• Prior HR administration experience is a plus.
