Job Description
How you will do it:
- Oversee all aspects of facilities and administration for the Singapore office headquarters.
- Coordinate office activities and operations efficiently.
- Manage office supplies and group insurance scheme.
- Support budgeting initiatives and maintain records.
- Administer building access, plan staff events, and assist with HR functions.
What we look for:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Office Administrator.
- Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Prior HR administration experience is a plus.
